Island Shine

Since our beginnings, we committed to making the world’s cleanest tasting 14.7% abv “base beer” with an unexpected clarity and clean finish.  We call it Island Shine™ - a tribute to its clarity, taste, and versatility as a mixer.  For years, those who have tasted it straight from our stainless steel fermentation tanks and in our taproom encouraged us to bottle it and sell it.  We’ve listened! Island Shine is now available to take home in 750ml glass bottles.  So grab a bottle and try it yourself: neat, over ice with a twist or splash of your favorite juice, or in your favorite cocktail.
